Arrive to fireside tastings of the new release Tin Shed Sparkling Cider and take in the panoramic high country vista before a leisurely orchard tour and a mulled cider demonstration in the charming Tin Shed Cellar Door. Savour the warm spiced cider with your gourmet luncheon featuring slow cooked local pork and native Australian spices. Enjoy local baked bread with The Culinarian's handmade butter. Ben will also reveal the secrets to becoming a Pork Crackle Master. Fresh brewed tea, coffee and handmade petit sweets are also included. Participants will take home a goodie pack with spices, cooking tips and recipes.
